We’re looking for Recruitment Researchers to join us in our Manchester, Leeds, or Birmingham offices.

The role

• Supporting consultants in developing search strategies to identify, engage, assess, and ultimately deliver exceptional talent for our clients across a broad range of sectors and business disciplines. 
• Putting your research skills to the test using a range of tools, including our CRM, online resources, and word of mouth.
• Engaging with clients face to face, via phone and video, and by creating insightful written reports throughout a search.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and articulate individuals who are driven to succeed. 
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, and an outstanding work ethic.  
• Inquisitive people who enjoy learning and connecting with others.
• Confidence communicating via phone, video, and face-to-face, with excellent written communication skills.
